There are plenty of sign hardware options to choose from when it comes to light pole sign brackets. We've narrowed the list down to our top five sign bracket for pole offerings. At the top of the list are our stainless steel strap brackets, because they offer a more versatile sign mounting hardware solution and can be used on a wider range of pole diameters. Coming in a close second are our die cast aluminum sign mounting brackets, which are for use on 2-3/8" diameter round sign posts, and offer unmatched durability and stability.

Stainless Steel Strap Bracket Pole Sign Brackets

There are a number of reasons why Stainless Steel Banding Brackets, or strap brackets, are an attractive option for mounting signs to light poles and other types of sign post. They are a low cost option, typically sold in bulk (boxes of 100) that can be installed very quickly, and with minimal effort. When compared with preformed clamps and brackets, stainless steel brackets are one of the most cost effective choices for installing traffic signs, and mounting times can be reduced by up to 60-70%!

Furthermore, all of the steel used in the manufacture of the banding and banding brackets that we sell comes from U.S. Steel Mills and all finished products are Government Grade (ASTM D3953 specifications )and Made in the USA.

1. Minus 4 Bracket

The minus 4 strap bracket is designed as a sign bracket for pole of less than 4 inches in diameter. They have an extruded tapped hole for 5/16"-18 bolts and do not require the use of a nut.

2. Plus 4 Bracket

The plus 4 strap brackets are used as light pole sign brackets on poles that are greater than 4 inches in diameter. They also have an extruded tapped hole for 5/16"-18 bolts and also do not require the use of a nut.

3. Cantilever Bracket

The cantilever sign bracket is used for mounting two-sided and cantilever type signs on poles that are 2 inches or more in diameter. These brackets are used in conjunction with a stainless steel hex head bolt and nut.

Die Cast Aluminum Pole Sign Brackets

For 2-3/8" round sign posts, these two styles of die cast aluminum sign bracks offer up an extremely sturdy and secure method of mounting signs to sign posts. As with the stainless steel options mentioned above, these pole sign brackets are also proudly Made in the USA!

4. 318-Single

The style 318 single pole sign bracket consists of a two-part assembly collar which gets fastened around the pole and tightened into place with included hardware. There is a sign mounting plate on one end of the assembly. One assembly is used for each sign hole. Please refer to the drawing for more detail..

5. 318-Double

The style 318 double sign pole bracket offers a very similar assembly and installation process to the 318 single, the only difference is that the double has sign mounting plates on both sides of the assemble, so you can mount two signs, instead of one, and have sign visibility from both directions at once, instead of just a single direction.
